· Before we place the order (after payment, while we are consolidating domestically and before ordering in Korea), you may cancel for a full refund at any time.
· Because each item is individually ordered from overseas, refunds, returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind may be limited once the order has been placed.
· If the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with photos after delivery and we will exchange or refund it under applicable law.
